The Blanco family’s journey into the world of flavor began in 1986, when Grandfather Rocco, a skilled baker, opened a small bakery in Niscemi, Sicily. With the support of his children, the bakery grew and, in 1992, became an artisanal workshop. In 2014, the grandchildren, blending tradition and innovation, expanded production to meet the growing demand for Sicilian pastries. Thus, Blanco srls was born in 2019, a symbol of quality, passion, and love for the art of pastry and local excellence.
