L'Ascolana specializes in the production of frozen foods and has its flagship in the Ascolana stuffed olives, although it offers a vast range of breaded products in general, snacks and pre-fried battered products which are proving increasingly successful. It has obtained BRC and IFS quality certification. It operates in the catering sector with important national wholesalers and in the large-scale retail trade and produce private label for Selex Group.
