Since 1971, today the only cooperative of organic farmers in Europe with an integrated supply chain: we grow wheat, grind in our mill and produce pasta, all at km. 0 and 100% organic. Durum wheat, and also ancient wheats: Spelt, Khorasan and Senatore Cappelli. Sustainable packs: 100% paper foil (Aticelca class A) or pre-formed paper bag with window, and 100% energy from renewable sources. IFS certified and Fair Trade guaranteed, awarded as the best organic producer in EU in 2024.
