Macè is part of the Pivetti holding, which has been active in the agri-food sector since 1875. Founded in 2000, Macè was a pioneer in Italy in the production of fresh fruit (washed, cut and packaged). In 2010, the company expanded its offer to include fresh fruit juices stabilised using HPP (High Pressure Processing) technology that preserves the nutritional and organoleptic qualities of the fruit. Also using HPP technology since 2022, it has been producing fresh sauces.
