Assisi Salumi s.r.l. was founded by the Siena brothers in 1989. The philosophy that has always characterized the company is to produce raw hams and pork legs in full respect of tradition and quality, therefore carefully selecting the raw material and scrupulously following each production process processing. The company has three production sites characterized by cutting-edge technologies and accurate traceability systems. Assisi Salumi s.r.l. produces around 500,000 hams annually.
