Latterie Vicentine, for over 20 years, has been the largest production center of Asiago DOP cheese, based in Bressanvido (VI). The historic Vicenza cooperative processes over 1 million HL of milk every year, exclusively collected in the 250 member farms. The very high quality of the raw material - coming from a controlled short supply chain - allows the production of 410,000 wheels of Asiago Fresco DOP, 71,000 of Asiago Stagionato DOP, 78,000 of Grana Padano DOP and other specialities.
