The “Panificio di Camillo” was founded by Bassini Camillo in 1963 in the historic centre of Predappio, on the hills of Romagna. Over time it has grown to become a modern and competitive company. Today, the 3500sqm factory hosts an activity that uses modern technologies to produce bread, pizzas, focaccia in different ways: raw, cooked, and pre-cooked. For the Bassini family making bread is not only a job, it is a family business.
