Caseificio Val d’Apsa is specialized in the production of excellent dairy products. Our company is divided in two production sites: Caseificio Val d’Apsa, specialized in the production of pecorino, mixed and cow cheese, among which there is the Casciotta di Urbino DOP and the Formaggio di Fossa di Sogliano DOP; Fattorie di Maremma, specialized in the production of pecorino and mixed cheese among which there is the Pecorino Toscano DOP e il Pecorino Toscano Stagionato DOP.
