Fumaiolo is a food company based in Alfero, in the Tuscan-Romagna Appennines. We produce fresh frozen pasta, piadina, tortelli sulla lastra and sauces. Research into raw materials, respect for the territory and constant attention to market developments have characterised our company since its foundation, in 1985. All Fumaiolo products are natural and genuine. The company has chosen to use cold as the only method of preservation, without adding any chemical ingredients to its recipes.
