Since 1957, our daily goal has been to produce quality cheese with selected and guaranteed raw materials and old traditional production methods. The Palazzo family produces the typical Apulian dairy products (burrata, stracciatella, mozzarella, scamorza, ricotta, caciocavallo), which are an authentic expression of the food culture of the Murgia territory, always focused on nutritional values as well as on the production chain.
